David’s extensive background includes serving as the Engineer’s Representative for the $16M stormwater realignment project for the City Rail Link and participating in the evaluation and award of over $500M in construction and professional services tenders with Auckland Council and Auckland Transport.

Okan Aldikacti is a dynamic Assistant OHLE Engineer at Conductive, bringing advanced technical and management skills in overhead line equipment design and construction. With expertise spanning Auckland’s and Wellington’s electrical systems, Okan excels in producing detailed layout plans, cross-sections, and technical reports. His proficiency with tools like MicroStation, AutoCAD, and LinearDraft, combined with his experience in leading interdisciplinary checks, underscores his capability in ensuring project excellence. Okan’s significant contributions to pivotal projects like Wiri to Quay Park and the Wellington Metro Upgrade highlight his ability to manage complex designs, quality assurance, and risk mitigation with outstanding diligence and precision.

Agnes Chiu is a seasoned civil engineer with 19 years of experience in engineering design and project management across New Zealand, Australia, and Hong Kong. As the Design Project Manager at Alpha Rail, Agnes has been pivotal in delivering multi-disciplinary projects from feasibility studies through to construction implementation.

Her expertise extends to Overhead Line Equipment (OLE) traction design and construction support. Agnes was a key member of the OLE design team for the Auckland Electrification Project (AEP) and has contributed to several high-profile projects, including the Wellington Metro Upgrade and the City Rail Link.

Agnes holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from The University of Auckland and is skilled in project management, design management, and finance management. Her proficiency in tools such as MicroStation for design drawings ensures that her projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Justin Daluyen is a dedicated Traction Systems Engineer at Conductive, known for his expertise in railway engineering and commitment to excellence. A 2019 graduate of BEngTech Electrical Engineering, Justin has swiftly progressed in his career, showcasing his problem-solving skills and proficiency in earthing and bonding practices, electrical design, and the execution of traction systems engineering projects.

Since joining Conductive, Justin has led significant projects, including the review of KiwiRail’s Earthing and Bonding standards for the City Rail Link (CRL) project and conducting site investigations for the Papakura to Pukekohe electrification project. His contributions to the Wiri to Quay Park project and the design of isolation connection details for Britomart Station highlight his technical acumen and leadership abilities.
